We're not an architecture or interior-design firm, and we don't sell standalone gadgets. We design the intelligence that lives in your home, in three levels: Jatsel (automation), Arkinel (solar energy) and Na'at (adaptive, private intelligence, currently a pilot program). For hospitality we have Oken, and for condominiums and developments, Otochi, our management line. You can start with a single need or the complete project.

Jatsel is a programmed home: it follows routines and scenes we design with you, and when your life changes, you adjust them in minutes. Na'at is a home that learns: after a calibration period, it detects when your patterns change and adapts on its own. It also runs on your own infrastructure or a private server, so your data never leaves your home.

Yes. During the visit we evaluate your hardware: in many cases it's integrated and configured within the solution; if something falls short, we tell you transparently how to complement it. That judgment — knowing what to keep and what to add — is exactly the value of the on-site assessment.

No. The goal is that you never have to operate anything. We work with open technology and choose what best serves your project, not what's convenient for us to sell.

Both. We integrate during construction or in a lived-in home; where applicable, we absorb the installation (wiring, conduit) into the project, with no major work afterward.

Yes, and we don't just promise it: we measure it. We instrument your consumption before and after, and with your CFE rate (DAC or subsidized) we calculate the real savings.

We design so that essential functions run locally whenever the equipment allows it, and we review this with you during the assessment. We're also developing, with Arkinel, a UPS-style continuity of a few minutes so your internet, locks, cameras and basic lighting keep running through an outage.

Yes. From your phone you can see and control climate, lights, locks and cameras, and receive alerts for movement, open doors or windows and water leaks, wherever you are.

Yes. Every device we install carries a one-year warranty. Each project also includes a block of support hours: adjustments we can handle remotely, we do remotely, and for those that need a visit, your project already includes on-site hours. And something that matters to us: we don't want you to depend on Quezlar. We teach you to operate and fine-tune your home, so that when the big things in your life change, it remains the experience you want to live. And if you'd rather the home adjust itself, that's Na'at.

We design with privacy first. Jatsel's presence detection uses radar, not cameras. Your surveillance cameras are yours, and you decide who has access. And with Na'at, the models and data live on your own infrastructure, not in someone else's cloud.
